Qualified for the Olympic Trials in the 100-meter butterfly, becoming the
first male Saluki swimmer to qualify since 2000 and just the second since
1992...First-team All-MAC selection...Competed in 12 meets...Won the
100-yard butterfly (47.29) and finished second in the 200-yard butterfly
(1:48.33) at the MAC Championships...Finished fifth (20.41) in the 50-
yard freestyle...Won 10 events and placed second in four...Won the 100-
yard butterfly at the Tennessee Invitational, which included three teams
that finished in the top-25 nationally...Member of the 200-yard freestyle
relay team that set a MAC Championships record...First-team Academic
All-MAC selection.

First-team All-Conference selection...Won the MAC Championships
in the 100 and 200 butterfly...Placed fourth in the conference in the 50
freestyle...Competed in the 50 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 200 butterfly at
the USA Swimming National Championships...Won 11 events...Honorable

2009-10 // Sophomore
Competed in three meets for the Salukis...Finished first in three out of the
four individual races he swam in...Part of the 400 free relay team that took
top honors against Miami of Ohio and Kentucky...Obtained a medical
redshirt.
2008-09 // Freshman
Competed in eight meets, including the Sun Belt Championships during
his first year with the Salukis...Posted 11 top-three finishes...Placed first in
the 100 fly (50.78) and 200 fly (1:51.92) against New Orleans...Also swept
the 100 and 200 fly against Western Kentucky...Took first in the 500 free
against Evansville, his only time swimming that race all season...Placed
fourth overall in the 100 fly at the Sun Belt Championships with a career-
best time of 48.41...Member of the 400 free relay team that took first place
against New Orleans...Also part of the 200 medley relay team that finished
second against Western Kentucky and first against Evansville.

Recorded a school record in the 100 fly, 400 free relay, 200 free relay, 100
back and 50 free...Qualified for state freshman year...All-State freshman
and sophomore year...IHSA state champion in the 100 fly...All-American
in 100 back and 100 fly.
